Preparation time – ½ hour Cooking time – to taste
Serves 3-4
1. In a small pot, cook the beans and Zinfandel until the liquid is reduced to a thick sauce 2. Cut the sun-dried tomato into small strips 3. Mix the sun-dried tomato and brie together 4. Press the beef into 8 thin patties 5. Spread the brie/sun-dried tomato mixture onto the center of 4 of the patties 6. Top each of the above with the remaining 4 patties and work the edges together to seal in the mix 7. Brush the beef patties with butter and cover with bread crumbs 8. Press the crumbs into the beef 9. Grill the buns to a light brown 10. Grill the burger to medium rare 11. Combine the ingredients in this order: bottom bun, beef, beans, red onion ring, Radicchio, top bun 12. Serve immediately
