2 Tbsp olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 ½ lbs ground beef 1 tsp worchestershire sauce ¾ cup beef consommé ¼ cup Cline Cool Climate Syrah 2 cup egg noodles 1 cup sour cream salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onions for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook until tender. Remove from skillet. Add remaining olive oil and brown meat. Add worchestershire sauce. Return vegetables to skillet. Stir in beef consommé and Syrah. Heat to a boil. Add egg noodles, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until noodles are done. Stir in sour cream and serve. Enjoy with a glass of Cline Syrah!
