One of the first Sonoma wineries on the road to wine country, Cline Cellars is located 45 minutes north of
San Francisco in the Carneros AVA. This historic property was once the site of a Miwok Village and the first camp of the Sonoma Mission. Our tasting room is located in an 1850s farmhouse.

Enjoy a picnic on our lush green lawns, by one of the six spring-fed ponds, surrounded by the glorious fragrant blossoms of over 5,000 rose bushes, dozens of rustling willow trees and ever-changing gardens.

Visit the California Missions Museum while you’re at Cline. Open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Experience Syrah Hill and get a whole new view of the Wine Country!

Start your journey at Cline’s tasting room with a glass of Nancy's Cuvée followed
by a walking tour of the property, the historic mission building and flowering gardens.
Next you’ll be transported through our estate vineyards to the top of Syrah Hill.
Enjoy panoramic views of Sonoma Valley and the San Pablo Bay and wetlands.
Sip reserve wines paired with local, artisan cheeses and soak up some sunshine.
Your journey concludes back at the tasting room.

This leisurely tour takes you through our private vineyards, and to our exclusive
hilltop tasting room, generally closed to the public. Sip in style, and get a sky-high view of Sonoma.

There’s nothing like a day of play in the Wine Country. Leave the grind of the city behind
and escape to the great outdoors at Cline Cellars. Pack your gourmet goodies, bring your
friends and family, and lounge on the lawn.

With your reservation for up to six guests, you will receive a Cline picnic blanket,
a bottle of Oakley 82 Red or White wine, space on the Great Lawn, and a 15% discount
on any wine purchases for the day for your group.
